Coding and Physics
The Sphero mini and the Sphero SPRK+ are app-controlled robots for which students may write block code or Javascript to control the robot. The Sphero app provides an effective way for students learn both basic and advanced coding and programming concepts.
In Physics, students can demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of physics concepts by coding a Sphero and collecting appropriate physics data - distance traveled, velocity, acceleration, orientation. Once that data is collected, it can be exported into LoggerPro or Graphical Analysis for detailed analysis.
